As you might guess Cwen's got more then her fair share of luck, sadly it is all the bad sort of luck. Murphy's law has nothing on Cwen.

Fun fact I actually own and am wearing a pair of gloves just likes Cwen's. They came from the Army/Navy store, sadly I can't get them anymore because the shop went out of business which makes me sad because I'm down to my last pair. When it went out of business I bought several pairs but by now I've worn most of them out because I wear fingerless gloves a lot when I am work. I work in a very cold computer lab and I need fingerless gloves to to able to type.

Got gloves likes her too, bought from a bicycle shop, and there's gelÃ© (Dunno if it's called that in english too) in 'em so they are more comfortable when resting the hands on any hard surface :) In any case gloves are definetely usefull when working in cold places. By the way; Love that the outermost of the island crumbles when Cwen is tip-toe landing ^^

Cwen didn't exactly fly up as her wings are far to small to allow her flight. More on that will become clear in later pages.

Hmmm good ideas. Maybe I'll just make a condition of this comic getting made into a major motion picture is that they make Cwen's Quest gloves as part of the offical merchandise and give me 10 free pairs.

go to Wal-mart and get some gloves and cut the fingers out. That's what we do at the stable, It gets realy cold, but we need our fingers to handle all the buckles and latches. Nice page, Ya, her luck remindes me of mine. You think you have some, but it's realy non-existant

I know of some magazines that sell fingerless gloves--but they aren't cheap. :( *sigh* Poor Cwen! I love her expressions in this comic, SarahN is doing a great job--and your writing is excellent. All in all, I am thoroughly enjoying this comic. =D
