Critics Acclaim
It has an interesting anthology feel to it rather than a continuing story that makes it more unique.
Some stories are a bit weak, but the good outweigh the bad.
Different styles and regular reviews of other comics are a good change.
Lite Bites was also the top nominee by popular vote.

I love community projects. ^_^ I need to find more time to get involved. Lite Bites is great. Genejoke puts in a lot of effort (as well as the contributors, but they wouldn't be there without his effort) and it shows.
