Last panel, fuzzy woman outline on the left. That is her, watching her victim (um possible boyfriend), waiting till he falls away from his herd making it easier for her to strike (um'er I mean start a conversation).

While she might have some issues approaching him directly or give her number to tbe public to reach him, she could easily send someone to transmit it to him. Somebody like Mimic from Fusion, for example.
