Artwork by myself. Nepath suggested early on that we'd have a (at least verbal) stand-off between the (now ex-)HU Commander and Bombshell in this chapter, and that I write it. It's a nice opportunity for me to further develop how HA relates to HU. Some plot threads from the first three chapters still haven't been tied up yet, so expect the next page to at least give a few hints :3

However! I decided to slow down updates, otherwise there might be a longer hiatus after this chapter concludes. So I thought weekly updates (every Monday from now on) are the better option.

I thinks Abt is right. Obviously taken on it's own this issue is a little empty but most of HA readers have read or are familiar with the Energize storyline and have come via Heroes Unite so they know what they are reading. The point of this being a "tie-in" issue was to highlight the shared universe that we have created. Plus it was intended to be a clear seperation point for HA and HU, from here on out this series does not need to worry about HU Continuity.

Seb: I don't think Tazer and Virtus have met, if that's what you mean to imply. I agree we have a problem with stuff happening off-screen... ideally, each of these characters had their own issues that would tie into this as well. This chapter is really "just" a general take on the climax of "Hunt for Energize" from the HA POV. And I realized half way into panel 2 that it's yet another butt shot... couldn't do anything about it :3 ____ sux: I wholeheartedly agree on that point! ___ Nepath: Thank you!

This really does show off their interaction and shows that this isn't just a comic that has nice amounts of action, it also has a gripping story and has characters that don't need to punch everytime to have some sort of intensity to them.

Wait, wait, something that just occured to me... What happened to Virtus if Tazer went here? I mean, I can understand them putting down their arms when both realized neither wanted to battle the other, but it's not very clear if it happened off-screen. Love the expressive work in panel 4. But I do feel that the HA Commander has had enough butt-shots as it is without panel 2. XD
