Magic blood only really has as wild of an effect on non-magical people (all blood on Terra can be considered magical some types mores so than others), and it might have made her just slightly faster, As for Blake, if he were to have a rider they'd have to be small or flying already, or both,

@mhalpern wile I do understand your reason and can see why, there are 2 things that I cant let go. first is the dragon blood, she had it all over her, some had to get in her someway or another(mouth nose eye etc.) with the magic property's of magic blood who knows. The other thing is something that was said a little wile ago about dragons with hats and Blake not having a partner (yet)

So how does Wirley intend to explain herself? I mean she Obviously felt her rider get toasty, and probably yelped a little when it happened, which would be suspicious to the other 4 dragons and the rider in that room... Ron you left quite the handful of hints. The telepathy the telepathic message color, the fact that Wirley was smirking when Foxfur entered the room last page more importantly was paying attention to her unlike Tusker who was nagging Spar telepathically.

I don't think that there is any requirement on it being concentual, judging by how it wasn't a requirement for Wheels and Hildegard becoming dragon kin. However it is preferred that the dragon asks the would be rider especially since they will be together for the rest of their lives, the loophole there is if the dragon is too young to know any better, which I believe *she* is

If what she's suggesting in the first panel is what I think she's suggesting... I am currently hoping that the Dragon Rider connection now needs to be concentual. If it was done without her permission Foxfur has the right to be angry without being able to properly retaliate. Yes, I am seeing the possibility that Foxfur was just forced to become a rider as a grave violation of her personal liberty.
