Something tells me that by "enemy healers" he meant healers who may have intended to join the priesthood and those who refused to, who happened to be "foul bloods", the hill region (the Lake region's king attended the institute) seems intent on a war, their timing seems too close to the recent actions of their flying cousins to be a coincidence... they intend on using the angels to weaken the humanoid fliers (druids included), and weaken the alliances of their enemies, while they build up their forces... Whatever Wander does, he must make sure he doesn't spook the priesthood, otherwise they will move on to the next phase of their plans immediately, he needs a high elf rouge with healing powers, or someone with healing powers who can impersonate a high elf should they have to hide. I can only think of one healer that has the theoretical ability to pull that off, but last time she tried shapeshifting on camera, she destroyed the institute library...

@Texan, This isn't Orc fashion, remember their response to the angels framing them?(link in next comment) They confronted them in broad daylight, in the air, Orcs do not employ stealth, they prefer the employ shock tactics when frontal assault isn't enough. this is a decoy, it doesn't even look very well armed, all the confirmed battle Zeppelins we have seen have had turret mounted cannons, this is probably a stolen large passenger zep. the assassins are already on island the zeppelin pilot is probably dead and they rigged the controls to continue moving or to stay still, once the alarm is sounded the dragons and riders that have defense duties will go after the airship, leaving a brief period in which they can enter the lair undetected, then they would attempt their hits, and either way improvise their escape, likely through Alfa's hydroplane.

my other 2 ideas are the assassins want to get caught to get closer to there target or a lot of mad orcs who don't know or don't care that the dragon attacking there area is a rouge dragon
