Heatwave

I don't know about your various places, but at mine it's neither a weather for Siberian tigers nor is it one for me. It's just too bloody hot to really get anything done. On my balcony, which faces northwards, I had 39 degrees centigrade today (that's about 100 F if I haven't forgotten my maths)! This is Northern Germany, dammit! Could we ever get a weather like this when I don't have loads of work to do? No, of course not! Well, none of it is in danger of not being finished in time, and I'm pretty sure the weather will have reverted to its usual chilly and wet conditions by then.
By the way, in opposite to Christian I'm well aware, that summer in Siberia is just as extremely hot as its winters are cold. However, this doesn't mean that the tigers have to like it. Even a Bengal tiger would do nothing but lie in the shade panting and wait for it to be over in this kind of weather.
Have a pleasant, hopefully cooler week, and thanks for reading and commenting!
