whoever thought it was a good idea to come up with D&D 3.5 Stats for Saiyans needs to be locked in a mental ward.

sad fact is, Fishmen aren't nearly that OP. At least not according to the actual One Piece d20 game.

So is Zoro has LA+2, and Half-Fishman only gives LA+1, I'm guessing the other LA+1 must come from being Half-Giant. Am I correct?
