Another This time you get this description of the Martial Artist class that both Luke and Cory multi-classed into. I made this
just for fun using several snippets from the Player's Handbook as a
template while using this Class Construction System as a guideline.

there is a difference between having a high charisma (basically what his Conqueror's Haki represents) and having a high Will Saving Throw.

@Kageyasu Correction, he auto fails his will saves for hypnosis. Luffy has a strong will, evident through Haki.

All it's really lacking is the Monk's Saving Throw Bonuses, but seeing as how Luffy Auto-Fails his Will Saves all the time, I doubt having the best base Will Save would make sense for him.

so basically you combined the best parts of classes that can use Manuevers from Complete Champion and the best parts of the Monk Class into a single class. Nice.

Interestingly Martial Artist looks like a ampedup Unarmed Swordsage from book of nine swords, which in itself is sorta a Martial Monk. Making this class Tier 3, since the addons are just monk things.

I want to play this class SO bad. Please make some stuff for the Black Leg, Okama Kempo, and Rokushiki disciplines.
