This story won Best Plot Development!! Thanks so much for everyone that has been following this plot! I really do have the complete story laid out and I plan to bring it all together and tie up every loose end before we're done.

Along those lines, the female in the last panel is Dr. Jennifer Trager, a recurring character in the early stages of this story. She was Kimber Lee's main physician and closest contact in the Synprovision Dream Experiments and the treatment of Kimber Lee's ‘cancer’. Now that Kimber Lee has been brought back into the fold (sorta), we'll see her a bit more…

Dr. Trager made her first appearance way back on pgs 9-10. We see her again on pgs 24-26. Again on pgs 44-45 Also on Pg 61.
.
She appears again on pg 74, where she first observes that Kimber Lee might be ‘dreaming’ (similar to what she's saying on this page) even though she's up and moving around. And finally on pgs 79-82 where she tries to convince Kimber Lee that maybe she's not dreaming after all. That's the last we saw of her until now.

The next few pages will, hopefully, bring the story into a tighter focus, and introduce a few big surprises (although some of you astute folks might piece it together before then).

I love the detail in that complex, it's always nice to see a really classy scene setting panel.

@Szyszka666: Here there! :) Thank You! Crazy? Well... until recently Kimber Lee's believed she's in a dream world, or had an some kind of entity living in her head, and she's hurt several soldiers (maybe killed a couple)... Maybe she is crazy haha!

@Banes: I'd love to a girly wade!! And I was wondering if someone would catch the perspective of this page! This is the first page where it seems events are happening completely beyond Kimber Lee's perceptions. Prior to this page, it could be said that everything still could've been a dream for her, but now that something is happening 'outside her mind', does that completely rule it out? I have an interesting take on that coming up real soon (at least I think it's interesting!). And thanks!

Hahaha...a female Wade? Brrrrr! Actually I have a link to that i could send you if you dare look upon it! I admit i had to wonder if Poopington would show up somewhere in here...xD. ....This is intriguing once again ... We leave Kim's perspective, showing that it was all real, but SHE was dreaming. Interesting! Cool exterior in panel 1! And congrats again on the well deserved award!!

@Peipei: Hey, I misread you earlier. They're really just watching Kimber Lee at the moment (via a vid-screen) and Kimber Lee's just sitting on the floor in some sort of meditation-looking pose (just being her weird self). Not to say they've been treating her 'well', per se, but she's not exactly being tortured at the moment - sorry if that's not clear...

Congrats on the award! Godstrain has had some the best plot development of any comic on DD. Good to see Dr. Trager back. Tell off that stupid tin star general! Look at all the info now available about how mundane the day-to-day was at Area 51. Sure it's top secret highly advanced stuff but it's a commute like any other with security by the commercial firm Securitas!
