Well… sorry if I hinted at more from Eli last page, but clearly the ‘dream team’ knows what they're doing with him. This last few pages were designed to reveal more of what the ‘Godstrain’ can do, it's nature, etc…, so now we'll wrap Eli up, put him away, and never see him again… *evil chuckle*

Wake up Eli, it's time to see how powerful the Godstrain is by having two of our subjects fight! Can we control this and have the unstoppable giant beat up the little lady? Maybe sell tickets to offset the cost of this program? Why do I think that is what that bastard is thinking? Bring in the super secret alien project from the hanger a few doors down. Robo-femoid anyone?

I keep getting this image in my head of this guy breaking through the chains and hulk smashing everything in sight! It may be a little far fetched of a thought but it's definitely something I can't take off the table right now xD!

@Banes: Thanks again - I'm glad to hear I haven't been that predictable. I like tropes (TV Tropes is one of my favorite sites) and purposefully use some, but tropes with twists are even better!

I don't think anything's been obvious in this story; it's about anticipation! The details have always been totally unpredictable as far as I'm concerned! Lovin' it!

@FC: Most women (sadly, imo) wish they were a little bigger, even if it's subconscious. And the Godstrain is all about wish fulfillment, though it can go a bit overboard (see pg 151). As far as why Eli now looks as he does... Maybe he got transmogrified into a giant stereotype (a la Rodney Dangerfield in Natural Born Killers) *shrugs and smiles*

Now that Eli has met Kimber, he will probably have even more motivation to figure out how to break free. I hope the super secret base isn't near NYC: otherwise I picture him atop the Empire State building, swatting at airplanes. Judging from this page and page 50, it seems that the Godstrain has a curiously hypertrophic effect on breast size...

This has been great stuff, explaining a lot of what's been going on. The Eli revelation is so cool. And I'm sure he'll never get out of those bonds...everything's just fine! Panel three is fantastic; if I know my cinema, it gives the sense of Eli's monstrous power and foreshadows some rough times coming for Kim and probably others. It's like a shot right out of King Kong or something. Nicely done!
