A wolf pack!
And while they may present a source of concern to Kimber Lee, they present frustration to me! I'm trying to figure out the best way to do their fur without it looking like crap or taking too long. Painting LOTS of strokes takes too long and sorta ends up looking like hay instead of hair. While drawing just a flat area looks okay, I didn't really like it. So I tried a compromise (a little flat and some strokes) and it turned into a hot mess!
Anyway, these wolves are meant to be frightening, so pretend they are :) …
I am pretty happy without how my poses for Kimber Lee turned out though…

I agree with Banes, it's the script that binds readers to any comic and yours is always first rate! The wolves look fine to me btw I know it's hard doing that stuff with a paintbrush in RL but much easier for me as I ink it first and then let Becky add her additional texture techniques on top which wouldn't really work with your style. They look rough and hairy though so the feel is there. :)

They definitely look hungry, but they are oh so cute at the same time xD! I hate the fact that I love fluffy creatures, even when they are out for blood x.x!! Kim is smart to run right now though, fluffies or not xD!

I'd say she isn't wearing running shoes. However, television cops and heroes like Charlie's Angels and Wonder Woman all run and catch bad folks in high heels so Kimber can do it in those sandals.

@Paul: Thank You!! There was a time I used really be into wolves (and werewolves! Liked them more than vampires!). Had lots of books about them. Lots of statuettes! Sorta grew outta that - but they're still fascinating animals to me! That interesting about your homeland and the return of the wolves. I'm also have mixed emotions about wolves returning to areas with human populations! Yes, they are beautiful! Yes, they should have been protected better! But they are also predators that will eat your kids if they get the chance - it's stupid and irresponsible to think otherwise...!

The wolves are plenty creepy, like those spooky kids in 'Village of the Damned.'
