That's a good analysis, I think the same as you except maybe for Quickman that would be the fastest in straight-lane because of his ability to make full speed start. Then who would be the fastest in water? I think that Diveman would be the fastest but in Megaman Megamix Bubbleman is also shwown as a super fast underwater robot. And in the air I think that it would be Tenguman.

To me, the "fastest" Robot Master depends on the situation/environment. Useing a real life example, Cheetahs are the fastest land animal, however, they can't keep up speed for long. Using this as an example, I believe that Quickman would be faster at things like obstical courses, Nitroman would be better at tricky, often turning, racetracks, and Turboman would excel at straight-lane distance racing. The odd one out is Chargeman, who's the fastest when pulling a heavy load behind him.
