A travelling artist. I wanted to be an ice cream taster until I heard that they taste only a small amount and then spit it out so they don't get sick from having too much of it.

I'd like to have and run my own book store.

I'd also like to have a big lot in the mountains and take in unwanted pets, and then find good homes for them, but I don't know if that's really a job. But I love animals and it would be a lot of work.

I have two dream jobs…

1. To train and embrace my artistic skills to one day become a graphic novel illustrator/author.

2. To become a graphics designer and one day illustrate a kick ass video game.

I'm currently a high school art teacher. It's fun although marking is never fun and neither are kids with poor decision making skills (my colleague caught three of them yesterday about to skateboard down a flight of stairs as it was snowing wet snow. I was so shocked by the stupidity of that that I couldn't muster enough energy for anger.)

I wouldn't mind owning a bookstore to be honest. I know managing a small business is tough and doesn't quite have the financial security as a job involving a union, but it would be nice to be my own boss.

I also wouldn't mind a job where I can stop working when it's time to go home. :S

A hitman… that would rock!

Anyway, it's either comic/graphic novel maker, an animator, writer, or anything that would help get all them ideas outta my damn head.

Enjoy… Las Vegas-y

Ever since i was a little kid i always dreamed of becoming one thing. My dream job is to become an animator (or storyboard artist) and eventually create my own original series. Of course this will mean working for a studio (supported by a television network) and doing the less than pleasant jobs for a couple years or even a few decades. But it's my dream, and im more than happy to suffer for it.

my back up is to try to get a comic published (along with possibly doing some jobs in graphic design), get fat die.

But my plan to achieve this i think will totally work, i think i got all the kinks worked out of it.

step 1:
stop sucking

step 2:
get a job

step 3:
die (retire if possible)

i think that's a pretty solid plan.

Forgot one,

If none of those work out, I dream to work for the government in political affairs.

I would love to be a Paranormal Investigator than anything else.

Hooray a new game for me to play!

Actually I would love to make point and click games but I don't have the patience for that kind of thing. I could probably come up with a story, but not a strong enough one to support a point and click game. Mysteries and such aren't my writing strong points. Also did I mention I'm lazy? But yeah, as dream hobbies go, making point and click games would be fun :)

Have you played the Space Quest series? You don't need to make a story, you just need to make it quirky and fun.

Then again, have you played Grim Fandango?

I have not played space quest nor monkey island.

However Grim Fandango is probably one of my favorite games of all time. You see I would want to make point and click games as fantastic as GF.

'Bout time to play that one again actually…

If everyone else can talk about being god or queen/king of the world, I'm so going to dream big too! \o/

I actually liked my old job a bit better to be honest. I got to create fun art lessons and teach younger kids. The staff was great, my boss was great, and it was a positive place to be in. I stayed there as long as I could though before full time work called.

The Monkey Island series is miles beyond Space Quest. Space Quest games were typically a bit more tongue in cheek.

Also, nobody could make a game as good as GF. Nobody.
