Our resident firefighter PIT_FACE has a brash, rough-around-the-edges image (her comic PUTRID MEAT certainly helps that along!) but she's been an enduring example of the community spirit here on DD. She's been around for what seems like ages, full of humor and surprisingly sage advice, and somehow makes comic creation feel a bit like a hardcore rock concert. As another DDer described, “everything she does is from a place of generosity” and PIT_FACE is always helping out in a pinch, contributing pages to projects, assisting other DDers on their comics, and has even teamed up with Tantz Aerine to create Brave Resistance! We're glad you're here, PIT_FACE!
Just to let you guys know, we decided to dial back the Community Spotlights to one a week, which hopefully is a pretty sustainable pace. There are still plenty of worthy people we have planned, we just didn't want to run out too early and start featuring people just because we needed more. We hope that makes sense. :] We're always happy to hear nominations though- we're just two people and we can't get to know everybody, especially those who don't post in the forums much. So please let us know if you have someone great in mind! (Would you all prefer we spotlight people on Wednesday or Friday?)

Oh man, I didn't realize it was one of skreem's pages, I was just randomly looking for a good pic of Bones and just thought PIT was trying something different. :I Now I feel awful, I'm sorry PIT!
