Oh and one last thing, based on panels 2 & 3, it should be Growlithe and Scyther who are standing in front of that Kid trainer in panels 4 & 6. Not Mankey.
Mankey should probably be around the middle of the path.
In addition to what Soonmme said, one sided battles are pretty boring. There's a lack of suspense when it seems like both the trainers who're facing off with this main character casn't even seem to land a hit on him.
They're all pokemon who have yet to evolve. So there should be some sort of equalness between them even if there's a type disadvantage. Like Bulbasaur's trainer could've had him dodge in the 3rd panel. Think about it, the trainer had a warning that the pokemon were going to attack in panel 1 and they didn't actually attack until panel 3 and she just stood there and did nothing? It'd be veery illogical
But apart from all that was mentioned, the effects are nice and easy on the eyes. Just try to work on that pokeball effect a bit as well as making that pokeball a bit smaller.
A standard job here, nice stuff. Again though, I'd give this page a 3.

I have to agree with soonmme.

Panel 1 and 6 are obvious rehashes. The bubble effect is waaay overdone, and the tails look awful.

Two updates in a week? yay!
