SS4 161 End of Chapter Four

MERRY CHRISTMAS everybody!!! :) Finally after 161 pages we've reached the end of this chapter and I must say I feel a great sense of relief. This comic has meant so much to me and still does. It's been great fun to do and as it always has been very much fuelled by your own eager enthusiasm in reading it.
In chapter five we will find out what happened to Richard that fateful night that Sarah went round and get to follow Sarah as she leads the single life for a while and then eventually starts playing the dating game.
Enough on that for now though. Tomorrow starts our 15 page Xmas special and that will be updating daily right over Christmas! I hope you enjoy it :)

Oh thank god!! For a moment, I thought the comic was over. I was like... "wait, what??? No one told me this!!" False alarm. Now it's time for the hiatus in the form of a Christmas special.

DV: You've made another important observation (first was last page) Yeah only Stacey knows the real truth about Richard and she knows it's hanging over her. She is also a mother who has had no decent role model to follow, so while the others coo over her child we see her in a more thoughtful state of mind aware that her struggles may now be turning in a different direction.

Gerry looks sooo happy, and can almost hear Nikki coo'ing :D but Stacey doesn't look too happy, seems like a story behind that (does she leave the baby with Sarah?)

I hope that everyone had a lovely Christmas Day. And that's the end of the chapter. -sigh- A nice touch of Sarah (sort of) breaking the fourth wall, and an intriguing final panel. Looking forward to the Christmas Special.

Merry Christmas! Oh goodness I should really comment more! Gosh what can I say. I love this comic so much. Its so beautifully written and drawn and It helps me get away from my stressful life. It feels like I have a friend in Sarah...kinda sounds weird but I feel good when I check up on Sarah and her life. And I don't feel alone when dealing with my own dramas in MY life. Sarah is going through hard times too. Thank you for this comic!

Dear Sky, All those women!and a new born baby! Great way to end chapter and start new story! Thanks for your hard work all this past year producing SS for our enjoyment.You make it look easy, but we know its a labor of love. Thanks also to my fellow readers and commenters. I enjoyed reading the opinions and joining the debates. The "Great Janey,Claire,Sarah Cheating Affair" generated such heated passions .Again I wish many Merry Christmass's to everyone in the comming years:) May we all find some sort of happiness in our lives:) tommym
