DV and Spiritfire: (Sorry Spirit btw!!) That's quite fascinating. I grew up with Dr who so that's most likely where I did pick it up but I do also remember my mum saying 'don't act the giddy goat'at times, 'giddy' meaning 'silly' It was a phrase that just popped into my head while writing this page so it's nice that it has a link to Pat too as he has always been one of my favourite docs beside Tom Baker.

Sky, Oh My Giddy Aunt was the catchphrase of the Second Doctor. I'm a LONGTIME Whovian from the Tom Baker years. But I have made it a point to watch all of Doctor Who. Love your comic by the way. I've been following it for years (as a side note, my name is SPIRITfire, not Spitfire...it's ok, everyone gets it wrong).

"Back doing.." ? I wish ! Haha ! - No, this sad old wreck was sitting in the shade of a pandanus, watching and wishing, distracted by the odd scantily clad ( even in winter - it's like 23C midday ) young thing... it was nice to breathe in fragrant salt and sunblock air though !! B-) Some lady even took pity on an old man and brought me over a piece of caramel and macadamia cake on a plate, with a fork ("too much for them to eat it all")

Haha ! - I hoped they would and I kinda hoped the face-like-a-smacked-arse lady would see them, despite the probable consequences. I'm not amongst the first to comment, this week - I have old mates from Wales out here surfing with their sons ! So this old bloke has been at the beach a few times, for the first time in ages...and beer and steak later. Quite happy, for a change...B-)

Well glad to see it finally happen... but... they couldn't have waited a bit longer haha...! I know... I know... You just get tired of hiding! But yeah, this is likely gonna cost Sarah a bit concerning the kid-watching! That first panel is beautiful, with the supply building and that fountain! Nice!
