Bear: I find it much easier to draw a large single panel as my paper size stays the same and it feels easier to get things right. And thanks for your reassurring comment about the previous page, I'm always looking back over pages and wishing I'd done things differently! :)

Kim: haha It was a throwback to my early piano lessons too. I can't remember why my tutor kept going over it with me but I assume it must be something to do with rhythm.

p.s. the "overall effect" was fine. A single panel of the hands would probably go unnoticed. We were meant to 'get' the nervousness/ thoughtfulness : it worked.

Love the 'settling in' scenes, although that ta-ta-ti-ti-ta brings shivers of memories from music teachers! :D And of course, nothing foreboding about that 'chop' at the end haha... Now, who could the coming 'unusual visitor' be?!!
