SS6 08 Sarah is restless

The story so far: Sarah has moved into her girlfriend Lucy's house but has been pestered by strange dreams concerning the death of Lucy's previous partner Laura, who died there in rather mysterious circumstances. Although Sarah has found the family prefer not to talk about Laura she keeps getting the strangest feeling that Laura is trying to communicate with her!
Unfortunately Becky's had major internet problems this week so although the page was done on time she was unable to load it for us, so it's a little late but hopefully worth the wait :)
Will Sarah find more than she expected in there? Find out next week ;)

Barry: Thanks :) That last panel was indeed very tricky; She looked fine as a pencil sketch but once I started replacing the shaded lines with ink it started to look all wrong so I had to fiddle with that quite a lot. The one thing I love about having the final art saved digitally is that you can play with it much more easily!

fallopian: I know! Sarah's compulsive curiousity has always led her into trouble and despite getting kicked out of the Cranberries for it she still can't help herself. I bet she's thinking though that with nobody else around to see, she can't do any harm.

Fred: It's become pretty corny in horror films to have a room full of flies but I thought a single fly on it's own could still create a slightly dark atmosphere.

Infected: haha yea, Sarah really is her own worst enemy sometimes. Janey would have been all for it and probably picked a few locks too, but I can imagine Nikki telling Sarah off for even considering the idea.

I really enjoy your use of camera angles. All your panels are so nicely designed. That worm's eye view in the last panel is well done and so hard to pull off, especially looking up under somebody's chin like that. Love the fly crawling up the window, as well.

I think Sarah's fatal flaw is a compulsion towards unwarranted snooping. It seems that it was only a few pages ago that she got kicked out of her home due to a snooping-related incident

Dear Sky, Sarah does have a very nice outfit on. Am thinking Sarah will find an "Altar" of sorts with a photo of Laura.Sarah may even be shocked to remember her from somewhere. Maybe even newspaper clipings detailing the mystery of her death. tommym

Love Sarah's sunny dress - a great thing to wear before going in THAT room! Hope Lucy or family doesn't come back before Sarah is done with her 'justified' snooping! ;)
