Bewbroslay is a fairly small town on the outskirts of one of a much larger Goblin city called Zigust, and Blake's assessment of it is pretty accurate, it's one of those places where the most interesting thing about it is the transport links out of it!
Also, there is a naming scheme to goblin place names. Might not be all that clear yet, Bewbroslay being quite an “obscure” one. Some of the others are far more blatant, if they ever even make it into things!
