The mustache guy looks a lot like the italian politician Massimo D'Alema ( https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massimo_D%27Alema#/media/File:Massimo_D'Alema_1996.jpg ) who later became memeized as the "reaction guy" ( https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/people/massimo-dalema ). I didn't draw him similar on purpose, but since when I realized this I tought to D'Alema everytime I draw him. Another guy who will appear in a few pages, Colonel Blaga, was supposed to look like old Gerard Depardieu, but in hindsight lokks a lot more like Donald Trump.
