The Eyes have it

He's rather embarrassed of his “condition”. It's hard to be a tough guy when you look like Steamboat Willy ^_^ or as reffered, Bosko, one of Warner Bros. first animated characters. He had eyes just like that and a bowler hat too. The character idea itself was a little…well to put it bluntly, racially insensitive, but I thought he still looked cute with those big eyes.
