a regular max payne... And anyway, a regular hunting shotgun (unless you shoot slugs...) doesn't have THAT huge a kick... i shot one when i was 9, and it actually suprised me that the kickback was so minor. A full grown man is definitely able to pull this shot off, though the accuracy really isnt much and his arm would probably hurt a bit later.
