#905 Bicycle Kick

Amelius on June 20, 2011

If you think this act was pointlessly cruel, then that's exactly how I felt when a chick that looks a lot like this one did the same thing to me when I was innocently walking with my friend through her neighborhood. Except her shirt was white with blue stripes… Yes, I have a long memory for people who are nasty to me! Not that I'm making a list or anything…
This is an alteration on an old Charby comic I did, but it's been re-purposed a bit :D

I know it's a temptation in revenge stories like this to make the person who bothered you look “unappealing” or “ugly”, but I think that's a little unfair. I drew her pretty much the way she looked, nice hair and clothes, nasty attitude kicking a skinny girl in the back and cackling while her two boyfriends wait on their bikes to see if we did anything, probably looking for a fight. I was tempted to tell her what crappy aim she had, claiming she was “kicking your (butt)” since she got the small of my back instead.

What a jerk!

Why, is this page so late? Because of that BIKE. I hate drawing bikes! But it was necessary, and just because it was difficult doesn't mean I was gonna give up on it.

They're on the dirt path that Vic stopped them on in that old comic, by the way, which is why she's talking about that incident!

Also, I updated the TWC vote incentive with the poster that was on Tony's wall :D
