Hey, I'm alive and here's some more comic! Sorry for the long wait, as I've mentioned elsewhere, monitor is kinda busted and giving me a headache if I work on my comic too long thanks to the shuddering. The stuck pixels right in my workzone I hate but can deal with, but the shuddering, ugh!
As always some big dollops of depression and anxiety kicking my motivation into the dirt, but I'm not giving up on this story.

I wonder if anyone will guess what's going on with Mannick here… maybe a sketch might be in order for whomever calls it before the page comes to confirm it!

If I had a way to give you one of my monitors I would, but I would need the money fr a box, stuffing, plus shipping and I would need your address. Anyhow, have you thought of eBay? Either send me a PQ or Deviant Art note and I can help you chose an inexpensive monitor from a good seller. All you will need is a papal account linked to a bank/card account and an eBay account and you'll be ready to go. Just make sure your address is correct. I can walk you right through the process, with pictures even.

Aw gosh thank you Xade, I always appreciate your willingness to help me out! Nick's got an Ebay account so I'd just make him do it (>ᗜ<). We're planning to get it at bestbuy 'cuz we have a credit card there, makes it easier to pay down in increments instead of taking a big hit in one go. I also just prefer to scope out the monitors in person, there's some decent ones that have come down in price I've been considering.

Long time ago reader - roughly 14 years and returning. Never forgotten your comic and talked about it many times over the years. Beyond stoked you're still making more Charby!!! Anxious for winter to start hitting so I can catch up on everything. Life swept me away from technology and time to sit on it. Hope all in your personal life is Swell! I'll be checking in again when I have more chill time but just wanted to drop in and say how much I enjoy your creativity!! I look forwards to chatting soon!

AH! I am always beyond delighted when someone comes back to visit, it means a lot to me to be remembered! Hmm, I'm assuming Mannick is panicking because he killed Dr. Hayter, and grandma Marlowe just made it clear the creepy doctor was a family friend, or he thinks/knows the families have ties to Byss laboratories.

That's a miracle, I only thought of it because I've been wondering what Mannick's reaction to that revelation would be since it was made. Hmmm, well Tony is amazing so a sketch of your marvelous bowler hat wearing alp would be really cool.

Hmmm,could it be that Mannick was found by a hunter and maybe brought to a labratory for 'studying'?

That was a good guess! We do know a hunter was involved with Zeno's experience with the doctor, after all! Though I will give a little backstory tidbit for this, Mannick was found too far in the forest for a human hunter to have travelled, his birth home was in the Bogs near Eshanival.
