UPDATE: Oops, no updates in a WHILE! Sorry! First I got overwhelmed and stressed out by work - and then, when things cooled down a bit, I decided to wind down, too, and take some time off. But I should be back and kickin' soon :)
Interesting fact: Jams are made of fruit only - the European Union declared back in the 1980's. What about Portugese carrot jam, then? Oh, no worries - the EU fixed that. By changing the directive? NO! By declaring carrot a fruit!

Never heard of carrot jam. Would be interested in trying it. I guess he never renounced his roots because I doubt carrot jam is fame & glory.
