It's by a pal of mine at DeviantArt who goes by the screen name “Frostyhut”. She authors a comic called “Stanky and Friends” and has a helluva cool style. The comic isn't here at DD (though it should be, IMO)! But you should check it out at her gallery (and all her other great art):
