Zeke knows he's being followed -- the look on his face, the way his eyes are positioned in the first panel, there's no doubt in my mind. He at least knows about the guy that looks just like him (which I somehow missed last page -- I thought it was just an effect by Anthony to show Zeke moving across the yard and our little Asian spy following him) if not about the little lady.
