Okaay, so yep, I kind of fell of the face of comic fandom for a little bit but I bounced back with something rather unusual for my style. You all have seen Starchild in the series but really never got to see what she looks like. Well, I present in full spectrum, the goddess of the hour as she suspends what is to be the Chosen Heroe's main weapon, a sword who's hilt is forbidden to all but one. Keep reading, you'll find out who the chosen wielder is.

Starchild was actually created in layers just like the pages and for once I didn't rely on flood fills. I find the flood fills are the culprits for all that noise you see in the background pages, and for some reason it shows up more in the gray tones than in the colors. This here has no flood fills, and I seriously think it made a difference.

Ok. I think that I've caught up on my comments. (When I comment it takes me to a forum.) I like the madien that's carved into the hilt of the sword.

Yep, that would be Starchild. In the series, she's a goddess who lives within the sword that suspends above her, sort of like Excallibur and the Lady of the Lake scenario, only this sword is made of an extraordinary gold metal that unlike typical gold, it was forged from the mines of the Zylonian Pantheon, thus calling it Celestial Gold. Just something I made up. Also, unlike regular gold, this alloy is not as soft and can slice through stone and not mark or break. *A part taken from Clash of the Titans*
