Corad: How easy the crime in question is to pull off is really not the issue. All that aside do you not punish an animal, even say a kitten when it does something wrong? Of course you do! The kitten is corrected under all circumstances by a reasonable owner. Likewise it is only reasonable to hold the infact accountable in this case and consume its spirit and soul just as Symus puts forth here.

Legolos229: Ah but lack of consideration for the well being of other can be just as bad as actively seeking to harm them. After all most theives don't want to hurt you, they just want to better their own lives and don't care that you are harmed in the process. So to is it with infants. IE: We must judge both actions and intentions not just one or the other. Corad: Who says Gram is human? I'll confirm Riddly is human as were the Witch Queen's three advisors if that helps.

we saw the doc cast a spell, when we first saw the doc 10 years in the past he cast a time travel spell and pulled reed back instead of going forward himself.

I see they're becoming great friends already! And she's obviously not evil with such a logical perspective! And those infants totally had it coming! With "person" really only defining a human, I wonder what will happen when we meet intelligent life, either somewhere on earth or extraterrestrial? Will we expand "people" to encompass all sentient beings? Maybe beings capable of "higher thought?" It really seems like it could make a more versatile noun. Or maybe a pronoun?
