News Line: Web Comic author beats wife with massive hits!!!

Vanessa Tress here with BREAKING NEWS, Drunk Duck was shocked today as web comic author Evil Emperor Nick beat his wife of 2 years Amelius today taking the top spot on Drunk Duck's coveted main page from her. When asked for comment Amelius had this to say “Well I had thought this might be coming, I knew Nick had it in him, but it is still quite a shock now that it is happened. However I'm not mad, I always thought I would get beaten sooner or later and that is okay with me. I'm just glad it was someone like Nick who finally did it.” Amelius is recovering at her home throwing herself into her comic as therapy.

Nick's representatives claims the unprecedented hits that lead to his beating Amelius were thanks to his long dedication and amazing fans pushed over the top by a swell series of new banner ads recently made by tallented co-creator Sarah Nelson. Sarah could not be reached for comment.

Amelius's mother had the following to say “We're very proud of Nick, this is a big first. I'm sure Amelius will beat him again sooner as she has the edge being somewhat bigger than him right now. However I'm sure Nick will give her a good fight. It will be fun to see who comes out on top. Its really win-win as far as we're concerned.”
