I am so glad to finaly have revealed the Cwengel. This was something I had planned since the comic began and it is nice to have finally gotten to the pay off. The idea was inspired by the angels from Ah My Goddess (A manga that I enjoy) which are supposed to reflect one's inner self, one's soul if you will. I mused about what would happen if someone has spiritually stunted (among other things) and the idea seemed pretty funny. On top of that I was playing the game Magic Pengel at the time, a odd little game where you basically get to draw your own pokemon type creatures,that got me thinking aboutthe name Cwengel which seemed amusing. From there I only had to sit on the idea for four years until the time was right to slip it into the comic.

Heheh, yeah I remember making some creatures that acted rather oddly, due to misuse of the creative functions in that game. But a set of CTV characters, you say... I may have to attempt this if ever I decide to play the game again... if I could even find it. And I look forward to seeing this Ninja Coffin of yours, it sounds awesome. :]

Oh yea, Pengel is great as is the successor game Graffiti Kingdom. Though early on when I ignored the fact that I didn't have limbs unlocked yet and made a magic wolf which procceded to thrash about on its face the game was unintentional comic gold. Many CTV characters were created for those games along side some original characters of my own like the Ninja Coffin which I hope to use in a comic one day!
