I like the wavy TV effect that was used on this page. It's little touches like that which really enhance the storytelling. The silhouette buildings with the yellow lights have a nice visual effect on the page too. This is really impressive work.

I'm surprised that the law enforcement dealt with the monster attacks. I thought that they would have given that job to someone else.
