#12 [10/14/06] Thickening Like a Pea Soup

Oh God, this just gets harder and harder, doesn't it? I'm sorry about the long wait, but it's finally done. I really doubt there's any excuse for this… but nobody really anticipated for the update, right?
This one I'm not really happy with because I stopped working on this halfway, and by the time I resumed, I forgot what I did for the rain effect. But I really liked how the last panel came out, despite the real cheesy action.
I'm also experimenting a bit more with rain and lighting effects, but this one's mainly focused on speech bubbles, loud speech bubbles, to be more specific. So far, there are 4 different types, on Panel 3, Panel 4, Panel 5, and Panel 8. Which one looks best?
I'm keeping all suggestions in mind and hope to implement all of the as soon as the long-ass prologue ends. But I think I'll place varying panel sizes as my primary objective.
Thanks to everyone who have supported me to this point. I've never expected to get this far. I hope same thing happens when I get my drawn comic ready. Still going through some preparation… which includes geographical map. Don't worry, I take Honors Geography so I should know what the bloody hell I'm doing. (No “…I hope.” this time)

Holy crap, I never expected to get this kind of response in my life. Apparently, I post this comic on other forums and it's already being buried very deep. Well, expect another filler... well, a drawn art, that is. I've just started to use my tablet again since my scanner's cover broke, making every pictures I scan... well, unpleasant to the eyes. I'll be redoing the whole lineart (For the the first time) on Photoshop and CG it. I'm pretty determined to finish this thing. ...Or I could get back to it.

Dude, that is insane. This has to be at least top ten sprites artwise in existance, not just DD. Script-wise I don't knwo, I havn't really read it >__> I like panel 8 the best simply because someone gets hurt.
