I've always felt that things like this are our last hurrah in the face of impending [i]reality[/i]. Almost everyone in college is actually quite smart and very sophisticated... in their free time. But partying is a borderline profession, so we make the most of it. Then we graduate and get jobs.
It certainly [i]isn't[/i] high school. Partying is a borderline profession, not something you do when your parents are out of town.
yeah, I know her dispointment well.... I was the same way when I entered college. ofcourse I did expect there to be people who was still stuck in that "high school" pharse ,but I also thought that there would be a fair amount of mature people there too... boy, I was wrong. 5 points for portaying the typical college life.
