I’m into it! Also it’s an extremely good video according to learning theories. He didn’t just inform them what not to do (a common training mistake) but what TO do. Also people identify with music. Make an ear worm out of it and they are gonna get it stuck in their heads. Annoying, yes! But they’ll remember it when they need it. His video is amazing!
