The last panel looks as if Master Shifu is standing somewhere outside the picture, watching the goings-on of his students with a disparagingly critical eye.
I think it would be "sensei" as reiki has japanese origins, but I will stick to church terminology so perhaps stuff like deacon, abbot, father etc. (but then sifu means father AFAIK so that's not so different). But yeah, this looks like a martial arts class and Querida's reiki looks like a rasengan from Naruto.
