wow, so Ricci had a fake tooth with a drug inside? I don't see what else Spades could have done better to save Cyrenna, he got her out of there when no one else could.

Oh no! Cyrenna had a fake teeth with drugs inside (Gambini is Cyrenna and her family. Ricci is a surname ^^). Yup, Spades did everything to save her. Mr. Saint usually overreacts XD
