The junkie they referred to in the previous page is Cyrenna Gambini. She was hiding a powerful drug in a fake tooth. She used that during the battle in the restaurant :)

Interesting that the nano bots only last for 48 hours. I guess her system will flush them out... Now they just need to figure out how to make self-replicating nano bots

Yeah! You're the first who paid attention to this :D Her organism will absorb his nanobots. The only person the Club managed to keep the nanos permanent was Spades, an enhanced genetic "super soldier" (this fact connect the next dot and how his past is linked to the Cyrenna's future).
