Temble in fear of my ATTACK BEARD!
lba on May 1, 2008
It occurred to me as I was walking out the door for work this morning that I haven't trimmed my own beard in a week or two. And although having it be somewhat scruffy doesn't bother me in the slightest, ( It was hardly even an inch long. ) I figured it would probably be a good idea to trim it down some. What I never expected; was that it would attempt to fight back. Within about 3 seconds I had somehow managed to get the scissors hopelessly stuck in it. Promptly I went to find another pair of scissors, only to find out that apparently my beard had thought ahead of me and hid them all, possibly in a hole in the back yard somewhere or maybe even in another country. As a result I had to try and get the scissors out by hand, which I only managed to accomplish after about 10 minutes of tugging and pulling facial hair out. Finally after that, I did manage to actually finish trimming the beard down, but after this experience I plan on never letting it get that long again, and I may even go so far as to just shave the whole thing to save myself the trouble.
That is, if I can ever find where the beard has hidden my razor.

Thick facial hair is one think I'm glad I don't have to worry about. That fight you had with the scissors sounds intense maybe you should use an electric shaver next time.
