Loser go home!

Anyone who says they've never been shot down is most likely either a) lying, or b) has yet to ask someone out themselves. In either case it might be a decent idea for them to go for it and break new ground. I mean, what have you got to lose other than public, crushing humiliation? When you get down to it, you probably do that to yourself every day anyway, so what's adding a wee bit more to it? I personally try to make sure I make a complete ass out of myself at least once a day ( Some would argue I more than fill that quota with just this comic alone. ) After all, what's life if the world isn't staring at you for something stupid you've just done? You're not likely to become famous for anything else. The perfect example I believe would be the Jackass crew. Guys who made an entire career out of branding the shape of a penis on their buttocks. Just think! You could be the penis-brand guy! Or the insane public-hair-shaving lady! So what have you got to lose with something as small as asking your coworkers to dinner? Sure, you might end up puking in the salad bar, but with all those other crazies out there, you're hardly going to seem out of place. Just remember, we make idiots of ourselves to make sure you fit right in. So go ahead, take a leap of faith.

Just remember the url to that youtube video of the guy getting his head stuck in a fishbowl. You're going to need it.

Edit: Ok, so it has been brought to my attention by one of skoolmunkee's newsposts that a big part of my international readership in Japan and Canada can't see the comics. So if the people from the affected areas can tell me via a pq or email when they stopped being able to see them, I'll make sure to get those up on deviantart or photobucket for them to see. I don't know what exactly is going on, but I don't want anyone to be cut off from their daily comic fix here. I've got the last weeks worth mirrored, but if you haven't see further back than that, let me know and I'll try to get them up from further back.

Today's comic on Deviantart.
