Locoma Comic Book

I got the Locoma book today :D
Well the special guest is no other than my nephew Philip who's 10 months old and far too cute.
Now, about the book: It's ok! No mistakes at all. PHEW! So why does it say “Loco” on the cover? In order to keep my artistic online life protected I changed a couple of names so it can't be googled that easily. This is done mainly because I have many friends that are friends of people I despise. I won't judge my friends for being friends with jerks, but I won't expose myself to them either. It was sort of fun changing “Locoma” into “Loco” in all the pages and BTW, photoshop rocks hard.
The book doesn't start at #1 of “Locoma is not dead” , but before that. I included 8 edited pages of “Locoma the archive” to wrap the story better, starting with Locoma trying to start a comic and getting out of his studio in order to get inspired. I'm also happy with the size of the book since you can see the traditional techniques without losing details.
Here's the link to it: http://www.lulu.com/content/paperback-book/loco/6738661
(oh I get no profit from it, if you want to donate to my cause just send me your bank account and pin number and I'll handle the rest)
Have a blast :D

Thanks alej. It all depends of your personal experience. Personally, I've had enough with idiots I want out of my real life being able to know about my personal life on the web, a medium in which they can be a real pain in the ass if you let them. I learned it the hard way.

Locoma! You have enemies so terrible that publishing a comic would cause them all to attack or something?! I'm sorry to hear that. BUT, I'm really happy to see that the comic has turned out perfect! I can't wait to read it in my hands without having to hold my computer screen.... :P

NOOOO! YOU FOOL! Keep your nephew away from Mr.Advertising! He'll turn him into a line of dolls and make MILLIONS! NICE book though, it looks really cool. I'LL TAKE TEN!

Aw. He's cute. Oh, and the book is cool. ^_^ I've never had internet anonymity. Early on, I tried, but I'm just not good at it, so I gave up. If anyone Google's my name, they can find just about every webpage I've ever made. But since I'm a recluse, I have neither friends nor foes in the world. (Well, two former roommates, my sister's friends.)

Your nephew ROCKS! (the comic book too. XD) He is one handsome, clever-looking little guy! *coughs* Ok on the book: Those pages look really snazzy! you make me want to buy that- and I will as soon as I pay my APA dues. XD Heh heh heh! Great stuff, can't wait to hold it all in myhands.

man, that's a wise choice, shipping is really expensive nowadays. It was expensive enough w/o the profit and it isn't worthy at all (at least in my case).
Frogman at 12:07AM, June 12, 2009
Awesome! I'll order one when I have the 2nd volume of Ultimate X ready, to save on shipping :D Why no profit though? I didn't realise you had so many enemies you had to hide from.
