I thought I noticed the signs of an artist using a tablet. Yeah there nice, but here's some advice, double the picture and the brush (example, I use a 2 pix brush) then shrink it down with what ever way looks best. Normally pixel resize or nearest neighbor, tho if you do your text that size (doubled of course) too then paint shop pro's smart size would be better. With transparency tho you will notice the edges being odd but that can be fixed easily. Oh yeah, and dont forget, zoom tools are your friends.
