Yes to Madam Morte’ Anchor Ironkeel is a youngster. She so likes to be dramatic. The interview is probably more a matter of instilling proper fear in her new subject rather than there being any question of him getting the job. He’s got the uniform already after all.

Or RWBY, but no in that style they existed, they were more pistols with sword sized bayonets the gun was often used as a form of "double tap"

Not just from them. There are even real examples of them. Terrible weapons but they weren't built by Anchor. And in my defense I have never seen Final Fantasy. Not my thing.
