The building Lana bought because she was angry at her fellow tenants is working out well for her. Her father Warm Wind Five Claw couldn’t resist and redecorated the building after Lana evicted all her tenants. The building now resides in both the Underworld and temporal world.

Considering her ship has a mind of its own, and Tex likes her, I don't think that'd ever be an issue. What's notable is the new armament, its no longer just a means to get from point a to point b that might have had some minor accomodations for self defense. With the issue of reaper blades addressed, they have the issue of demons and soul eaters that have thrived while reaper forces became slack and dwindled, and now they'll have the means to take the fight to them. it might just be one ship plus any rider reapers, the Apex and Shadow teams, right now, but that can change fairly quickly, and now Madam Morte will be aware of skilled shipwrights for spirit ships, plus its something that the demons aren't expecting to defend against. so while it might not be a good idea to send it alone against a stronghold, it could be instrumental in liberating less defended demon territory.

@Ron i get the feeling had she had the materials, and it wouldn't require cutting it down for weight, she would have made her into a conversion Iron Clad.

If an anvil can fall from earth for 9 days before it hits the ground in the underworld we are obviously not dealing with Euclidean geometry. I recommend to look at few drawings from Maurits Cornelis Escher for inspiration for alternatives.
