Molly contemplates about the things that have happened as she drives back home to her house in Moon Valley. But something is wrong when she gets there.
And that concludes Chapter 4 of this story arc with two chapters left to go. You know, guys. I know this is probably tiresome by now, but I've had another change of heart. I actually feel like continuing this comic after this story arc is finnished.
When I said that I had no more story arcs to tell beyond this one–well–I kind of lied. I do have some more story arcs stored away in my file case. They might need some editing and I got one that I haven't finnished writing yet, but I've now decided that I'm totally gonna use those to keep this comic going.
At this point I might as well. I like this comic, other people like it, why not keep at it, right. Molly Lusc will have more adventures to come in this comic. Stick around and you'll see😉
I started reading this comic after seeing your very heart felt article on the main page a couple of days ago and as you have so many I was drawn to Molly Lusc because it's the title I'm most familiar with. As well as reading this really unique and interesting comic though I've also been following the archive of editorials that go with it and the enthusiasm you show in exploring different art techniques is just as lovely to read as this last editorial here. This is a great story and I've just gone back a few pages to try and work out what's going on, as so much has happened in the last 10 pages or so and I'm totally hooked now as it appears others were before I came along.
You didn't come across as a drama queen in your article, in fact I thought you were very brave to voice feelings that we have all felt at times. And the lovely comments you received from some of the most highly respected artists on here confirms that. But getting back to this comic and your ideas for it, do go for it! I made that same decision a couple of years ago ( to go wild and just do what I really wanted to with my story) and it paid off anyway. The alternative is to try and give the readers what you think they want and risk not having any fun at all. You have a wonderful imagination, so do use that to your advantage as it's what makes Molly Lusc such a fascinating read!
That glads me a lot to hear, skyangel. You know, I feel like my mind has just been kind of a drama queen lately, I've been depressed, yes, but a lot people are. I figure that maybe the reason why I've been reluctant to commit to this comic lately is because up until and with the second story arc that this comic is currently on, things have been fairly straightfoward mystery/neo-noir with a bit of sci fi on the side. But in the third arc I'm planning to have coming up things will become a bit more genre blendy and I can go more wild with the setting and don't have to be stuck with one genre, though mystery/noir is still gonna be the heart of the comic through and through. I can't wait to get to it and I'll use that as a carrot to get the second arc finnished. For the rest of it, glads me very much to have you onboard on this journey, I thank you very much for the like and the comments, it's very uplifting and I hope I can keep you hooked for many pages and story arcs to come. Thank you.
