This is the most down-to-earth page I've produced asof yet. I like how the colors came out in the end. Much like the night scenes, though, I'll improve in my coloring sooner or later. You guys can start wondering officially what a ‘Reborn’ is, now.=P
Please give me your thoughts on this page. And vote! Vote so Nadya can elbow her way back into the top 10 someday!!!

For a painted scene, the background falls a bit flat. It looks like you were thinking Van Gogh but didn't quite get there. You didn't use either line thickness, line density, or colors to create any illusion of depth. I don't think the last 2 panels needed to be separated. It feels as if the last 2 panels are too cramped. Especially since the last balloons are black, they didn't need to obey the line boundaries at all.

This comic has always looked great to me, but the panels always seem stretched vertically. I did a quick edit in MessPaint and it looked much better with about a 75% vertical aspect ratio. Is this an anomaly or just your sense of proportion? Also, great coloring, it looks very 3D.

I love the effect on Charna's speech bubbles the nice change of pace that is this page. The rendering of the background makes it a little difficult to make out what I'm looking at (trees or mountains?), but that's a rare lack of clarity in this otherwise well-done story.

I could have sworn I commented earlier...oh well. Great page, Charna does look really creepy out in the daylight. A great contrast to when she blended with darker environments. I also like the clouds and the mountains, the shading on them is detailed very well.

Trust Charna for a cryptic, yet matter of fact answer. Nice work as always. And I agree with Talekyn (largely because I actually know him) some characters should keep to the shadows.

Looks great, Dom. I liked the darker pages, but it's nice to finally be out in daylight again, hehe. Really nice work, looking forward to more~ ^^

Talekyn- It's good to know Charna looked semi-believable in the daylight! Thanks! Dangerfunk- Not too sure, actually! I want to stick to the style I nailed in page 13 as close as I can. WHOA. Color? Brightness? We see the shadowy Charna has a bit more definition... Nice coloring still, D0m. Once you get an eye for how you want to shade and shadow, I think you'll be right where you want to be with your art and page production!

I really like the landscape :) It looks like it's some Mediterranean island's inland (honestly, that's more or less the feel you get unless it's the resplendent in greenery islands). I also like the lighting. It is very uplifting. And oh goodness! Is that dialogue without attitude from Nadya we hear in the last two panels? Now that's a change ;)
