And in fact, "Elmo's World" was deliberately created because the audience had begun to skew younger than the assumed 3-5 set. So if Drannik is 5, he ain't the target. (Also, they'd lost something like 30% of their audience in five years to more schedule-oriented stuff like Barney and Blue's Clues.)
