Chiara is not likely to stand down any time soon, nor is Quinn.
She's Stein's protective sister, we haven't formally introduced him yet but he has been in the last few pages in the background.
Quinn is a bully no doubt, but hopefully you can see that he's a different type entirely from Skee and Nak. He knows he can make her let go, but he wants to break her will instead of her face (which he knows very well he could do with ease)
Chiara's character design came from the combo of Hector and Xandria from the sketch game, likewise Quinn was a mix of my avatar self and Quixoto.

When I first saw Quinn I thought he was the offspring of La-Belle and the elf with the anti-gravity hair and horns who reminds me of Han Solo I have trouble seeing the resemblance to your avatar self

Hmmm, I'm liking this Quinn character. He has a lot of promise. I'm such a sucker for the badasses. Especially the ones who fight psychologically rather than physically, it proves that they are smarter and less inclined to use violence!! YAY! Fives for Quinn!
